The subtle physiology of the body has 7 main Chakra Temples.
These have been described as vortices of light emanating out from the front and back of the body in cone like shapes, from the base of the spine to the top of the head. These electromagnetic and non local centres connect through the meridians to the nervous system, organs and systems of the body.
Chakra Temples centres working harmoniously as one unified filed of coherence is the key to spiritual, mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.
Root Chakra Temple
Located at the base of the spine.
The first chakra has energetic relationships with the kidneys, large intestine, bladder, adrenal, and catabolic processes.
'I am worthy of being here and embodying my divine sovereignty'
The root chakra is the first chakra and has a direct connection to sophia gaia/earth. Humans used to know intuitively how to let go and release from our root, that which no longer served us, for mother gaia to transmute. If we connect to this vortex and allow ourselves to let go, and unravel then we become a vessel for sophia gaia. This chakra represents our primal needs and survival. Which relates to feeling secure in re-claiming and owning space, you are worthy to do so! And so it is!
Sacral Chakra Temple
Located just below the naval.
The second chakra is associated with large intestine the ovaries, prostate, uterus, and reproduction.
'I attract healing and empowering relationships'
A highly magnetic Chakra Temple which draws from the Earth. When we harmonise this energy centre with our heart and throat Chakra Temples we attract healthy and empowering relationships in our life. Working in tandem with the throat healthy boundaries can be set for this centre to be balanced. This is also known as the sexual centre and is the seat of creativity.
Solar Plexus Chakra Temple
Located where the diaphragm is under the sternum.
The third chakra has energetic relationships with stomach, spleen, pancreas, liver, gallbladder, small intestine, and anabolic processes.
'My will is good'
Living with purpose is what this Chakra Temple needs to be in balance. This is your great sun, which is the seat of the willpower, which ultimately wants to create and serve with confidence. This Chakra Temple is associated with self esteem and intuition.
Heart Chakra Temple
Located in the centre of the chest.
The fourth chakra is associated with the thymus gland (immunity) and the heart.
'My heart is filled with divine compassion for myself and others'
This is the singularity point of the unified field of all of the light bodies, subtle energies and chakras. This is where they interface with the stargate which is your heart centre. An open flowing Heart Chakra Temple can often feel overwhelming, as we feel the suffering as well as the bliss of the world. It takes Courage to truly stay in the Heart centre, and love with compassion from this space. The heart can activate all other Chakra Temples and can spark other Heart Chakra Temples too.
Throat Chakra Temple
Located in the centre of the throat.
The fifth chakra has energetic relationships with the lungs, throat, thyroid, and speech organs.
'My tongue is my sword and I wield it with compassion and divine guidance'
Creative Expression in the world, with yourself and with the divine. This is a very delicate Chakra Temple due to the throat being a vulnerable location. It needs to be harmonised with the heart so that speech is not weaponised.
Third Eye Chakra Temple
Located in the centre of the head between the the eyes.
The sixth chakra is associated with the pituitary, eyes, and middle part of the brain.

This transcendent Chakra Temple is the seat of Intuition and vision. The Third eye can perceive information from the quantum field and shift consciousness. It has long been associated with wisdom imagination and the ability to see clearly the bigger picture.
Crown Chakra Temple
Located at the top of the head.
The seventh chakra has energetic relationships with the pineal and cerebral neocortex.
