I know this from my own journey: I experienced panic attacks and PTSD as a result of many factors, including childhood and adult trauma, highly sensitive person, and neurodivergence. For years, I struggled with the dysregulation of these emotions, and I understand how isolating they can feel.

But there's hope. It starts with nervous system regulation then compassion—accepting and loving every part of yourself, even the parts you find hardest to embrace. I want to guide you on a journey to heal and rediscover resilience, to overcome the limits of stress, and to find peace within.

From Overwhelm to Inner Calm

 

In 2021, during the height of the pandemic, I decided to adapt my doctoral research to help those grappling with anxiety. The stats were clear: people already struggling with emotional instability were facing even greater challenges due to the global crisis.

My inspiration came from my own personal experience. While my dad was in the ICU with COVID-19, he suffered panic attacks, and I saw the anxiety levels rising among my family and clients. It was impossible to ignore. I knew I had to do something simple, effective, and easy to implement to bring some much-needed relief.

Fast forward to today – the result was a success! Every single person who took part in my Anxiety Rescue program saw a significant reduction in their anxiety levels – whether mild, moderate, or severe – to a normal range in just 6 weeks. It’s amazing to see how something simple can make such a big difference!
