In these LIVES I will be sharing my story with chronic illness and just HOW TRANSFORMATIONAL being self-kind can be, especially when things are not going to plan. Since 2021, I have been going through a personal health crisis with Chronic COVID, Dysautonomia, Chemical Hypersensitivity and Post Viral Syndrome. In the depths of this crisis, it was developing the ability to have a kind supportive internal dialogue, even when I was panicking which transformed by health.
